Step 1: Initial meeting
An initial meeting is set up in the client's home to establish the aspirations and requirements for the project and to understand the scale of the project
Step 4: Project works begin
Work begins. Trusted trades (or client's preferred contractors) are appointed. Goods and materials are ordered.
Step 2: Agreement of brief
A brief is presented with scope of the project, terms of business, timelines and budget outline. Once the client is happy with the brief, the project begins
Step 5: Checks & balances
Liaison with third parties for timely delivery of goods, quality checks and progress updates with trades is relayed to the client.
Step 3: Ideas presentation
Drawings, mood board and samples are presented for discussion. Once decisions are made, an itemised and costed schedule is drawn up.
Step 6: Final sign off
Final check that all works are completed to client's satisfaction, styling accessories and budget review before final handover.
